The affordable price plans enable you to implement the app at your church.
There are only two costs that will get the PETRA church app working for your church, the initial setup fee and the monthly licence fee.
1) The intial setup fee is paid with your first monthly licence fee into our bank account and initiates the setup process on the Appstore and the PlayStore.
2) The licence fee is paid monthly by debit order from your designated bank account, on the day of the month you prefer.
Each plan has a maximum number of ministries. You decide the names of the ministries and you can have as many as the plan provides. eg. Church, Men, Woman, Youth, Children, Missions, Worship, Welfare etc
Each plan has a set number of notifications that can be sent every month. A notification is a message sent by an administrator or ministry leader. The message will be sent to all users of the app who have selected to receive notifications
eg. members receive urgent prayer requests immediately, on their phones, where they can see it and respond
Each plan has a set amount of information storage. It is the data that is used to store your pictures, videos, documents, calendar, news and profile information. The amount of each type of resource is not limited but the total amount of data is limited.
Each plan has a set number of hours of support which is included. The support provided is normally sufficient to get you up and running. However, in the unlikely event that you require additional support it will be charged at our hourly support rate which is currently R500 per hour.
